* We will provide our own number for the issuance process from the bank region; the client can change it with their actual number later in the banking app after successful verification.

During the issuance process, notifications will be sent to the provided number. If the client’s phone supports eSIM, we can transfer the number to them for an additional fee. This number will only be active for receiving SMS during the issuance period. We can also provide a permanent number from the bank region.

The verification procedure

1. We receive your international passport, email address, and provide a phone number. It takes approximately 3 business days to obtain the Individual Identification Number.
2. After obtaining the IIN, an application will be sent to the bank. Within a few business days, a code will be sent to the phone number to install the app. We will pass the code-link to a client, who must download and install the app using it.
3. In mobile app: 
   Enter the IIN
   Enter client’s actual address
   Take a photo of the passport or ID and a selfie.
   After which the virtual card will be issued. Next, agree to all the terms and wait for a notification inviting you to a video call.

This will complete the process, and you will be able to use the card.
